The Mazurek Enterprises Beverage Cart is a durable, mobile serving platform designed for catered events, hospitality spaces, breweries, restaurants, and event-rental operations.

Its powder-coated steel frame securely supports a removable galvanized beverage trough, while stainless-steel accessory trays provide convenient space for bottles, glassware, garnishes, tools, and other service items. Locking rubber caster wheels allow the cart to be moved easily and secured in position during use.

Designed and manufactured in Canada, the Beverage Cart is built for repeated commercial service, straightforward maintenance, and long-term replacement-part availability.

Materials and Construction

The Beverage Cart is constructed from formed and fabricated steel components selected for strength and durability. Its black powder-coated finish provides a clean commercial appearance and helps protect the steel structure during regular use.

Removable stainless-steel trays are mounted at each end of the cart. The trays can be removed for cleaning and provide convenient storage and service space without being permanently incorporated into the frame.

Stainless-steel locking hardware is used to secure the cart’s components without introducing hardware that is likely to rust during normal beverage-service conditions.

Mobility and Positioning

Four durable rubber caster wheels allow the cart to be moved between storage, preparation, and service areas. Each caster includes a locking mechanism to help hold the cart securely in position once it reaches its operating location.

The rubber wheels provide quieter movement than hard plastic or metal wheels and are better suited to finished indoor flooring.

Beverage Trough

The cart is designed to support a compatible galvanized-steel beverage trough. The trough sits within the cart frame and is secured to help prevent movement or spills during use.

The trough can be filled with ice to keep bottled and canned beverages cold throughout an event, or to provide ice to a bar station.

The Contour Event Bar combines architectural detailing, premium hardwood construction, and practical commercial mobility. Designed and made in Canada, it features solid cherry contour-profile cladding, a solid cherry bar top, and a durable CNC-cut Baltic birch plywood structure.

Retractable casters allow the bar to be moved quickly without lifting or additional equipment. Once positioned, the casters retract so the bar rests securely on adjustable leveling feet. Durable rubber wheels provide smooth, quiet movement across indoor floors.

Materials and Construction

The internal structure is made from CNC-cut Baltic birch plywood, a premium hardwood plywood selected for its strength, stability, and durability. The structure is painted black for easy cleaning and a finished appearance.

The exterior is clad in solid cherry hardwood with a repeating architectural contour profile. A solid cherry bar top completes the design. The exposed wood surfaces are protected by a commercial-grade catalyzed satin polyurethane finish.

Retractable Casters

The retractable casters work in combination with the leveling feet to provide secure positioning while the bar is in use. When the casters are deployed, the unit can be moved quickly and easily without lifting or specialized material-handling equipment.

Service and Replacement Parts

Replacement caster wheels and leveling feet are available upon request. The bar top can be unscrewed and removed for refinishing or replacement as wear necessitates.
